These terms apply to everyone who uses this website.
About the information here
The pages describe our services and exterior cleaning in general. They are not a promise about any particular property until we have seen it and agreed the work in writing.
Prices on this site
Prices shown are estimates for typical properties and are not offers. The price for your job is the written price we give you after seeing the property.
Scheduling and weather
Work is scheduled when you accept the written price. Rain, high wind or a storm warning can move a date; we will call you to rebook.
Walk-through
We walk the finished work with you, or send photos if you are away. Tell us within 48 hours if something was missed and we will come back to fix it.
Photographs
Photographs on this site illustrate the kind of surfaces and work described on each page and are not records of specific jobs.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for what those sites contain.
