Cape Coral Pressure Cleaning cleans the outside of homes and businesses: walls, roofs, driveways, pavers, pool cages, docks and storefronts. We work in Cape Coral first, then Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Pine Island, Matlacha, Punta Gorda and Sanibel. Pressure cleaning is all we do.
That focus is deliberate. Washing the outside of a Florida house looks simple, and that is why so many people do it badly. The difference between a good job and a damaging one is mostly knowing which surface can take pressure and which cannot, and that comes from doing it day in, day out on the same kinds of homes.

Why a local company makes a difference
Cape Coral is not a typical city to clean. It was laid out in the late 1950s around a network of canals, and much of it was built quickly over the following decades: block-and-stucco ranch homes, then two-story homes, then the newer subdivisions in the north. Most have a lanai and a pool cage. Many back onto water.
That shapes almost every job:
- Stucco on older homes is often crazed with hairline cracks, so it is soft washed, never blasted.
- Concrete tile roofs dominate, and tile breaks under pressure.
- Pool cages have screens that tear and frames that oxidize.
- Storm drains lead to the canals, so runoff has to be managed.
- Well irrigation leaves iron stains that need their own treatment.
A company that cleans houses in the Cape every week knows all of this before it gets out of the truck.
The way we work
We look before we price
We do not quote a job we have not seen. Every estimate starts with a walk around the property: measuring, checking the roof type, looking for rust, spotting cracked tiles or torn screens. Then you get one written price. If something we did not expect comes up during the job, we stop and talk to you before doing anything that would change the price.
We match the method to the surface
Hard concrete gets a surface cleaner at full pressure. Pavers get reduced pressure. Roofs, walls and screens get a soft wash. Wood gets a light touch with the grain. That one habit prevents almost all the damage people associate with pressure washing.
We protect what is around the job
Plants are soaked before and after. Outlets, lights and pool equipment are covered. Furniture is moved and put back. Runoff is kept away from storm drains and out of the pool and canal. These steps take time, and they are why we can stand behind the finish.
We walk it with you at the end
Before we pack up, we walk the property with you, or send you photos if you are away. If a spot was missed, we fix it then. If you notice something after we have gone, call us within a couple of days and we will come back.
Who we work for
Most of our customers are homeowners: full-time residents keeping a house in shape, seasonal owners getting it ready for winter, and people selling who want it to look its best in listing photos. We also work for property managers who look after rentals and second homes, HOAs and condominium associations that need common areas cleaned on a schedule, and local businesses, from single storefronts to plazas.
Rooted in the Cape since 2020
We have been cleaning homes here since 2020, and the crew lives in Cape Coral too. Most of our work is in the Cape and Fort Myers, but regular customers bring us south to Estero and Naples as well.
Roofs are where that local habit shows most. We clean tile, shingle and metal roofs with a soft wash applied from ladders and the ground, so nobody walks on the roof and no tile cracks under a boot. The same crews take on HOA common areas, clubhouses and other commercial grounds, and they can wash the windows while they are at the house.
Our promise is simple: we stay on the job until you are happy with how it looks.
What we will not do
- Pressure wash a roof, stucco wall or screen enclosure.
- Start work without a price you have agreed to.
- Use acid washes near a seawall or a pool.
- Promise to remove a stain that we know will only fade. We tell you up front what will come out and what will not.
Seasons in Southwest Florida
The busiest stretch for exterior cleaning here runs from late winter into early summer, as seasonal residents arrive and owners get houses ready before the rains. From June to September, afternoon storms shape the schedule, so we start early and plan sealing jobs around the forecast. During hurricane season we keep space free after storms to help customers clean up debris and grime once it is safe to work.
